In case anyone was wondering, Sweet Home Alabama is a terrible song.

It’s true! I’ve made the first mix CD of 2005. I know, I know, it’s been 2005 for almost a month now. But since I haven’t made a mix CD in so long, I figured I should go for it. So, here it is for your enjoyment at home.

“In a pond, koi can reach lengths of eighteen inches. Amazingly, when placed in a lake, koi can grow to three feet long. The metaphor is obvious. you are limited by how you see the world.” -Vince Poscente

Found that in Sean Sullivan’s AIM profile. I liked it.

Also, I made Whitworth on NCAA 2005. I am awesome.

Well, today saw the reckoning of an amazing new frontier for BJ-mankind: Manfest 2005. That’s right. Nobody builds bonfires, eats hot dogs, drinks soda and speaks in deep voices like us. Alex was in rare form – shirtless, taking dares and making all sorts of big manly statements. Thomas was great too, wearing big old sunglasses and a sports jacket and brandishing a bottle of Henry Weinhard’s root beer. Him and Greg also brought Paco the canvas painting out to oversee the goings-on. Greg had the manly John Wayne vest on, always a treat. A good time was had by all on hand.

It sounds like Wes is coming back after Jan term. Yes! The cool guys will return. That means David doesn’t need to find a new roommate, and Andrew and I don’t have to have new neighbors. Wes is an all-around cool dude.

We’re on the letter ‘T’ in the ‘listen to every song on iTunes’ expedition. The first song ended at 11:34 pm on January 7th, so we’re on the .6 of 4.6 days. It’ll finish tomorrow and then I won’t know what to do with myself.

My Wake Forest team won the Fiesta Bowl over Rice to finish 12-1 and national champions on NCAA Football 2005. It was pretty sweet. It only took 27 seasons to do it. After I finish this dynasty, I’m taking a break. Let Andrew finish out his 30 years, and then we’ll start over. Either that or we’ll find some other stupid thing to waste time with, as if we don’t have enough already.

RE: No actual post.

LiveJournal sold out.

More importantly, I’ve done a lot of hanging out and playing Xbox and not doing very much physics homework.

Eh. Oh well.
